Dear Yoga Friends,
As the vivid red, orange and gold of Autumn gradually say their goodbyes, we find ourselves shifting into the coldest, darkest yet cosiest season of the year - Winter. A vital time to boost our immune system.
A healthy immune system is essential for warding off illnesses and maintaining optimal health. Scientific studies have shown that yoga positively impacts the immune system by reducing inflammation and stress, thereby enhancing the bodys’ ability to fight infections and diseases. As we embrace yoga as part of our daily routine, we invest in a proactive approach to strengthen our immune response and protect our overall well-being that extends far beyond the mat. In this busy and chaotic world, yoga stands as an oasis of tranquility, reminding us of the importance of self-care, presence, and embracing the fullness of life. Embrace the transformative power of yoga, and watch as it enriches your daily life in ways you could have never imagined.
Yoga classes continue online and in person. Please note there will be NO online classes on Saturday 30th November and Saturday 7th December.
Looking forward to our upcoming yoga holiday in South Africa, [26th November -10th December] see attached details. There is 1 space/room left, so if you are the spontaneous type, this may suit you. It could also be a shared space for a couple, friends , partners etc… 3 weeks to go !
Cyprus awaits you next summer 2025- 12th-22nd June - we will be returning to Polis, on the edge of the Akamas Peninsula Nature Reserve. See attached details.

Our next yoga nidra/ restorative workshop is on Sunday 15th December at the Venue in Forest Row. A calming 2 hours of selfcare, around the busiest time of year.
