Replenishing Yoga Workshop

Come and enjoy a late summer replenishing 4 hour yoga workshop to nourish, release and rejuvenate. This will include gentle deep and replenishing postures and breathwork, looking at how to draw a little closer to finding some inner quiet, followed by working in pairs to deepen our practice, closing with a deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.

All abilities are welcome and any level of fitness, we will all work at our own pace.

​​

Cost of this workshop is £50.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat, we will provide bolsters and belts.
