A Moment of Calm Yoga Workshop

You are warmly invited to join us on Sunday 15th December to our restorative yoga and yoga nidra workshop from 10-12am.

 

Take time out for yourself, to help restore your energy by taking a journey with body and mind. Utilising the power of the winter solstice and full moon to plant seeds for the future you.

 

All abilities welcome. We will start the with yoga nidra, followed by gentle restorative yoga asanas culminating in deep relaxation with another yoga nidra.

Please bring your yoga mats and any other props you like to use.
