Yoga Holiday to Greece

We are very excited to be going to Agistri for our late summer Yoga holiday in 2021

Agistri is one of the Saronic Islands, the 2nd closest to the port of Piraeus, Athens, with wonderful beaches, tavernas and Greek charm aplenty. This will be the 1st holiday we have run on this Island, though it is very close to Aegina where Jody has taught on 16 and Jade 3 holidays! We can see it from the beach of our hotel.

Our chosen venue: We will be staying in the wonderfully comfortable, family run Oasis hotel, with its own beach and sun loungers. We booked this trip whilst teaching there on the 2021 yoga holiday as it has become a firm favourite!

Accommodation: The rooms are gorgeous! All include en- suite shower, very comfortable beds, fridge, kettle and air conditioning, each enjoying its own balcony or terrace, looking out to the sea, gardens, or mountains.

Food: After our morning yoga sessions we will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the comfort of the spacious dining area. This has to be the best breakfast of any venue
we have taught, including fresh fruits, salad, olives, cheeses, pancakes, freshly made eggs to order, breads, pastries and cakes. Lunch and dinner can be savoured either here or at various tavernas close by, all offering authentic variations on yummy Greek dishes.

 

Yoga: We will be teaching an early morning and late afternoon class with one day off midway through. The classes are suitable for all levels with modifications and options available. Everyone works to their own pace. We have over 50 years of yoga teaching experience between us and are both co- founders of Yoga Akasha. Yoga mats are provided.
