Dear Yogis/ Yoginis, Trust you are all well and enjoying the summertime.

We had a really special time in Cyprus in early June. We look forward to the next yoga holiday there in June 2025. Details to follow. There are only 4 spaces left on the upcoming trip to my Motherland, South Africa in November , 26th Nov- 10th Dec... when they are gone they are gone!

2 weeks of utter bliss, surrounded by natural beauty, Wilderness, a place very dear to my heart. I would love to share this with you.

Just for now, be boundless, free, with awakened energy tingling in your hands and feet. Drink in the possibility of being who and what you really are – so fully alive that the world looks different, newly born and vibrant, just for now.

Yoga classes continue throughout the summer, both online and in person.The next workshop is on Sunday 22nd September, see attached details. Please note there will NOT be a class on Wednesday 17th July.
