Heart Opening Yoga Workshop

You are warmly invited to join us for a Sunday morning of yoga to deeply nourish your being. Within all the possibilities of asana, there are so many heart opening poses. While heart opening may feel vulnerable, it offers countless benefits. Heart opening poses are invigorating and enlivening.

They also strengthen the back body as they simultaneously stretch the front body.

Mira will begin the workshop with Iyengar alignment, followed by working in pairs with Jade. All abilities are welcome and at any level of fitness. We will all work at our own pace. Please bring your mat and any props you like to use.

Cost of this workshop is £40

Please bring your yoga mat and a bolster (or a couple of pillows/cushions).
